Exciting opportunity for an experienced New Build Sales Adviser to join an established volume house builder in the West Yorkshire. Standard working days will be Thursday to Monday.

Job Duties
Sales Negotiation of new homes from both initial plans, and show homes
Liaising with mortgage advisors, solicitors and other external contacts
Creating marketing and promotional material to help sales
Keeping up to date with competitors prices and deals
Dealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completed
Liaising with the Site Manager
Reporting to Sales Manager with weekly updates on sales
Recording all offers through to completion
Maintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate

Experience
Proven success in a new build sales role
Excellent customer service experience
Good IT skills

Remuneration
£22,000 basic per annum + competitive commission structure
