Exciting opportunity for a Sales Analyst to join this established housing developer.

Role
To evaluate local housing markets, conduct new build and second-hand competitor research, monitor housing market conditions and trends pertinent for making sound land investment decisions.

Provide detailed analysis of specific, regional housing market values, with a detailed understanding of market drivers

An understanding of key influencing factors which will contribute to the identification and acquiring of land, such as local area demographics, amenities, employers, and transportation.

Experience
Experience in Estate Agency or New Build, analysing and compiling market research.
Understanding of the house value / land value markets and the key drivers and how these influence bid values, for sites.
Experience of local housing markets and business – the macro trends and the historical perspective.
Exposure to new build and second-hand properties.

Qualifications: Degree (or equivalent) OR Qualified by experience.

Key Knowledge and Skills
Strong data collection, validation, and auditing skills.
Solid research ability.
Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Organisational skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates sound decision-making skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and the capability to work within a driven, professional environment.

Salary £30,000 per year
