Job
Working as part of the newly formed sales and customer care team you will be provide outstanding customer service and expertise to sell new homes in Larbert, Stirlingshire.  The working hours are Thurs- Mon 10:00 – 17:00

Based on site at the development you will have a sound knowledge of the properties and features meaning you can provide customers with the information required to buy and exceed your sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
Selling new build properties in line with sales targets
Support purchasers from reservation to handover ensuring sales progressed in a timely manner to meet sales and cashflow targets 
Deliver an excellent customer experience ensuring service standards are upheld and an excellent customer service is always delivered whilst meeting defined KPIs around sales, sales progression timescales and customer service
Monitor competitor activity and provide monthly reports to the sales director
Maintain the exception appearance of the sales office, show home/street scene ensuring all areas and clean, tidy and immaculately presented
Undertake proactive outbound sales activity to drive sales and meet targets
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, sms, live chat and social media
Accurately maintain customers records utilising the sales CRM to deliver a targeted/personalised approach to delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales
Carryout inspections of stock plots ensuring homes are maintained and presented to a high standard
Attend monthly site/construction meetings working closely with site to deliver a high-quality product inline with expected completion dates.
To work closely with the marketing team to ensure marketing materials are up to date and available for your development
Support the preparation of handover by working with sales progressors and customer journey executives to organise inspection visits, recording any defects and liaising with site management to rectify
Provide customer focused property demonstrations in line with company standards
Produce weekly customer enquiry and sales progression reports to the sales manger

Personal Specification
Experience of direct selling preferably in a new build environment
Experience of delivering excellent customer service
Experience of effective partnership working
Good working knowledge of IT systems
Up to date knowledge and understanding of current legislation in relation to housing issues
An understanding of policy issues and the ability to deliver services in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures
Commitment and understanding of the need to deliver services with a clear focus on value for money
Having an understanding and the ability to work as a flexible team member, contributing to the delivery of business objectives
To be adaptable and responsive to change
Ability to be proactive and work on own initiative
Ability to keep accurate records and customer contacts
Promote and embed equality and diversity as an integral aspect of working
Good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexibly and outside of normal office hours should this be require

Remuneration
£22,000 – £25,000 depending on experience plus commission
