Sales Negotiator
Opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Executive to work in Halifax for a high specification house builder. The hours of work will be Thursday to Monday, 10.30am to 5.30pm.

Job
Meeting and greeting customers in the sales office
Completing reservations on new homes, ensuring all information is compliant
A good understanding of financial options including Help to Buy schemes, to advise customers
Ensuring customer database is kept up to date with notes and personal information
Negotiating prices to ensure profitable sales
Helping customers choose interior and exterior options on their new home
Liaising with solicitors and financial advisers to progress sales through to completion
Keeping up to date on competitors sites and prices in the area
Consistently reaching sales and other targets as per Sales Manager
Completing weekly sales meetings
Experience Required
Previous experience working as a New Home Sales Executive is essential for this role
Proven success in hitting sales targets
Remuneration
£22,000 per annum + £4,000 car allowance + commission and mileage.
