Scheduling Manager required for a new, permanent role in the Teesside area.
The successful applicant will be working as part of a Property & Commercial Team as a Scheduling Manager. The scheduling team operate the scheduling/forecasting systems for responsive repairs, voids, compliance, and other property related schemes and play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience.

Applications are welcome from people with excellent commercial acumen and who will thrive in a busy, target driven environment. You will be crucial in leading and motivating the team of schedulers and the administration teams, embedding great teamwork to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will need sound knowledge of repairs and maintenance, DRS and Housing Management System, or similar systems, excellent communication and ICT skills, and the ability to influence and engage with a variety of stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business developing existing systems and processes to strive for continuous improvement.
£36,000 to £39,000 per annum
