This is a hybrid role providing both architectural design for clients and managing design coordination within the building contracting environment; a perfect step for an architectural technician looking to expand responsibilities and move towards a full design management role. This position will suit an Architectural Technician working in practice who is eager to move to a contractor environment and increase earning potential without fully giving up design skills. Revit experience as well as CAD will be beneficial.
Salary will be negotiable depending on the individual, ranging between £40,000 and £52,000 per annum. This is a full time, office based position on the outskirts of Newcastle City Centre.
