Senior Architectural Technician / Architect

Due to a strong order book, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technician/ Technologist or Architect to join the Newcastle office.

Company
A well-established Architects Practice with current projects including large retail developments, healthcare and residential developments.

Role
The successful candidate will have the expertise to run projects independently and work with a wider team to deliver larger schemes. They will use various software packages to produce high quality technical details/drawings. Applicants will be comfortable liaising with clients to deliver projects to an agreed specification.  

Experience Required
Candidates will have extensive experience in a similar role. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit would be desirable and experience within a UK based practice working on similar commercial projects would be favourable. 

Remuneration
Salary is competitive, based on experience.
