Role
Our client is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with aspirations to grow within the company, eventually assuming roles as Associate and Director. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects across different sectors, contributing to the design and technical aspects of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Architects and other team members to develop design concepts and technical solutions.
Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for projects.
Assist in the preparation of planning and building regulation applications.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or similar in Architectural Technology or related field.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
Strong technical skills with the ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, happy to mentor others.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
Previous experience working in a similar role within an architectural practice is desirable.
