Due to a strong pipeline, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Bid Manager to join one of the UK’s largest construction companies.
A long established regional contractor working on projects across a range of sectors, predominantly education, healthcare and government projects.
The Senior Bid Manager will take accountability for the bid, overseeing the full bid process for 2 stage bids from pre-bid through qualitative submission stages. Working with a wider team of design managers, planners and graphic designers, they will have the proven skills necessary to considerably increase the chances of winning bids. Candidates will have an excellent understanding of construction techniques/processes and the core writing skills required to win bids.
Ideally from a bid managing background, the successful applicant will have approximately five years’ experience in the construction industry. Applicants from a project management, design management or planning background will be considered and history of working for a Tier 1 contractor is desirable.
Competitive package dependent on experience.
