Senior Project Manager required to join successful North East consultancy.

With a secure order book and many more opportunities in the pipeline being tendered for, this company is extremely busy with schemes in the private and public sectors, education, commercial and residential. Project values range from £1-60 million, offering a diverse and changing platform from which employees’ careers can be developed and expertise gained.
Senior Project Managers in this organisation are given autonomy to take a lead role running projects, expected to generate own fees, mentor and helping junior members through RICS. The Senior Project Manager is expected to be a key contact for the client, managing general project issues and contract administration. Interaction with BIM and understanding of its principles will also form part of the job.
These roles will suit an ambitious and determined Project Manager wanting to move away from a corporate structure and into an agile, energetic business.
Successful applicants will be working in a construction project management and demonstrate understanding of governance, structure and delivery in projects. It is imperative to have a good reputation and network locally, plus previous success in handling client relationships. Experience in education, commercial or residential building developments is advantageous.
Up to £50,000 per annum.
