Senior Project Manager required in unique professional services consultancy – flexible working, attractive package
Small consultancy business consisting of between 15 and 20 staff, part of an internationally successful business. The consulting arm provides cost and project management, building surveying and principal design services within a number of high profile frameworks for capital city local authority core and non-core estates, major live hospital environments, the cabinet office and others scattered around the country. Projects range from small works at £25k up to maximum £7m. The Senior Project Manager will take the lead on a given project, supported by junior team members when necessary. This post provides the Senior Project Manager to fully contribute to the development of the business and strong performance will be visible and rewarded. This role reports in to the Principal Consultant and the office base provided is in Solihull.
Ideally, the Senior Project Manager will ideally be chartered/professionally recognised, and have proven ability to run a high volume of projects ranging in value from £25k up to £3/4m. Technical capability, client management, staff mentoring are all factors that will be sought in the successful applicant and need to be demonstrated throughout the interview process.
Salary negotiable depending on level of experience. Additional package will include company car or allowance (circa £5,000), private healthcare, fuel card, 28 days holiday per year, bonus schemes.
