Senior Quantity Surveyor – Utilities – Business Growth

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, responsibilities will be held for overseeing the work of a team of eight, a mix of Quantity Surveyors and Administrators, who are generating cost reports, producing schedule of rates, reconciling subcontractor costs and payment certificates, pricing completed jobs and analysing cost and revenue information.
This is predominantly an office based role, with some flexibility to work from home when needed. The company will aid further academic progress and has experience of supporting employees through further education courses such as MBA's, Master's and Undergraduate Degrees, Professional Chartership etc.
The successful applicant will be a proven Quantity Surveyor; an enthusiastic, proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a high level of competence with Excel formulas, pivot tables and spreadsheets. Applicants must be qualified academically within civil engineering or quantity surveying, with previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor and ideally, of overseeing junior members of a project team.
