Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a premium housing developer in Northumberland.

A regional housing developer who build a diverse portfolio of rural and urban residential developments.

The Role
This is a highly interesting role for a Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage high quality residential developments. This is a satisfying role, idea;l for a QS who enjoys variety. It's a small team so other activites might include supporting the Engineer with adoptions or ensuring that any client 'extras' to properties are carried out and commercially accounted for. Systems are Excel based.
 

Experience Required
A suitable construction qualification
A background in either housing or general commercial construction will be considered.
A strong communicator able to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines.

Remuneration
A competitive salary, car allowance, discretionary annual bonus.
