An opportunity to join an established project delivery team as Construction Senior Site Manager / Project Manager, overseeing one or two capital schemes to the value of £750k – £1m and a number of small works hospital projects up to the value of £100k
It is critical that applicants can demonstrate proven experience as a construction Site Manager, ideally delivering projects within live healthcare environments. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage a team and support colleagues, will have the experience and wherewithal to carefully manage client and supply chain relationships and drive performance through the management of three continual shifts. You should have the ability to work on multiple interfaces , help out with commercial costing with the QS, compile and present reports to the client team and be able to use software such as ASTA.
Negotiable depending on experience
