Senior Technologist / Architect

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist or Architect with aspirations to become an equity partner in a small architectural design practice.

SME architectural design practice working on residential and commercial projects across the north east. Projects range from new-build projects to conversions, extensions and heritage/listed building projects.

The Role
This is the ideal role for an ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist or Architect who sees their future as a Director or Partner within a business. The ideal candidate will enjoy a mix of activities including hands-on design work, the day-to-day management of a small team with huge potential, and someone who is already carrying out networking and business development as part of their role. 

Experience Required
Suitably qualified Senior Architectural Technologist or Architect with a solid background in architectural services from feasibility to completion.
Thorough knowledge and experience of planning and building regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup.
