Our client is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on new build housing in the North East.
A large privately owned group organisation delivering services across civil engineering, building and social housing in the North of England.
This role is for an experienced Site Manager who will be responsible for:
Ensuring the delivery of projects to agreed timescales, within budgetary requirements to an exceptional quality standard
Ensuring H&S on site is adhered to at all times
Planning and coordinating with the client to ensure the site runs effectively and efficiently
Feeding back regularly to the Project Manager and ensuring site employees are appropriately trained
It is essential that applicants can demonstrate experience within the housing sector and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
