Our client, a large main contractor, are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for an exciting development in Whitby.
A privately owned company with over 55 years’ experience in construction and development in the UK market, renowned for delivering quality, innovative and sustainable developments across the country.
The project will involve the construction of new holiday lodges and refurbishment of the existing hotel and facilities Full discussion of the project and all that it involves upon application.
The suitable applicant for this position will have relevant experience to manage projects which may include demolition works, refurbishment and dwellings. You will be a confident communicator able to develop positive relationships with the site team, PQS and supply chain.
Package between £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience.
