Temporary New Build Sales Adviser

Opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a high specification developer on an interim basis, providing support during a very busy period ensuring quality of customer care. Based in Tyne & Wear, the role is anticipated to be initially 1 month in term, full-time hours and may include weekend work. 

Job
Handling initial customer enquiries
Making customer appointments on site
Maintaining knowledge of the developments, choices, competitors and local areas
Dealing with customer queries 
Maintaining CRM system ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
Liaising with the sales and site teams

Experience Required
Working knowledge of sales within the housin/property sector either new build or estate agency
Excellent customer service experience

Remuneration
£11.50 per hour (PAYE)
