Tenant Liaison Officer / Customer Service Officer

TLO/RLO required for a brand new full-time role with an award winning construction business in the North East.  This is a permanent full-time role created to meet the demands of a very busy order book and a healthy pipeline of future business.

The Role
Working throughout the North East, you will support social housing tenants whilst work is being carried out on their home, this could include external works such as a new roof/windows or internal works, such as new heating, kitchens or bathrooms.

Representing the construction business, you will be responsible for ensuring that the planned work is completed within agreed timescales and with minimum disruption to tenants.

Experienced candidates are welcome to apply but the company are happy to consider people with transferrable skills.  If you have experience in customer care, dealing with people face to face (ideally within a social housing setting) then this could be the role for you.

The company endeavour to allocate sites as close to home as possible but, on occasion, the site may be a fair distance for a few weeks and applicants must be willing to travel.

In return the company offer a competitive salary, mileage and a car allowance of circa £4,0000 per year too.
