Administrator required for a new, full-time, permanent role in the Bowburn area of Durham.  This is based in a business park setting, not far from the A1 and has parking on site.

The Role
Working for this family run business, you will work Mon to Fri 8.30 to 5.00 and be part of a very busy, friendly team.  Your duties will be varied as follows:

Dealing with PQQ requests, collating the paperwork that may be required, as part of a tender process, such as a simple copy of insurance request, to a more complex multi-page document.   There is a requirement to carry out accurate data entry, this will include entering purchase order invoices onto a CRM database.  
As the business employ several field-based engineers, you will be trained in scheduling their appointments.
You will speak to customers, create service quotations, deal with outstanding customer purchase orders and carry out related admin duties such as sending out appointment confirmation emails, booking customer sales leads into the surveyor diary and monitor the general company email inbox.  

It will be your responsibility to organise general maintenance in the office, ensure that consumables/stationery has been ordered and to book travel/hotels as required.

It is a growing business and there will be opportunities to grow and develop further within one of several departments.

Remuneration
£25,000 per annum
