Role
An opportunity has arisen to join a building main contractor to undertake commercial management within major projects. The position reports under Commercial Director, a local office is available to work from, although the role would mainly be carried out on site as the responsibilities of the role are an integral part of the project team.

Experience Required
This is a fantastic opportunity for a main contractor Quantity Surveyor operating at a senior level to find a progressive step up the ladder towards Commercial Manager. Project leadership experience (of commercial duties) of schemes above £30m in value is required.

Remuneration
Negotiable salary circa £95,000 plus generous benefits package.
