Site Manager

Experienced Site Manager required to start immediately in Sheffield. Will  be responsible for overseeing the construction of affordable homes, from initial groundworks through to fit out and handover to the client. Working with another manager on the site.

Experience Required
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Proven experience in new build residential. 
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Remuneration
£270 per day CIS
