Project Manager

A Civils Project Manager role with a prominent contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the North East, we are recruiting for an experienced Civils Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a substantial civil engineering package on a large-scale building project.

The Role
This is a key role with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of a substantial civil engineering package on a large-scale building project, requiring proven experience in managing complex groundworks and infrastructure elements, coordinating site teams, and ensuring works are delivered to programme, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the civils package, including groundworks, drainage, foundations, and associated infrastructure
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme deadlines
Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance with health & safety regulations
Liaise with the main contractor and wider project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Conduct site inspections, report on progress, and address any technical or logistical issues

Experience Required
Demonstrable experience in civils project management within a construction environment

Remuneration
£65,000 to £75,000 per annum
