Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager required to work in and around Newcastle, mutliple projects due to start from early October onwards, mainly internal fit outs and refurbishments. Working for a leading regional contract with a strong reputation and a healthy pipeline of upcoming works.

Experience as a joiner would be preferred but not essential, a history of completing projects on time, within budget and to a high quality finish is a must.

Remuneration
£28 per hour CIS or Umbrella – negotiable dependant on experience.
