Site Manager

Experienced Site Manager required to oversee small-scale construction schemes across Newcastle and Tyneside, including refurbishments, fit-outs, and new build projects.

The Role
Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades and subcontractors
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
Managing site documentation, health & safety, and quality control
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the wider delivery team

Experience Required
Proven experience managing small to medium-sized construction projects
Strong organisational and leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
Ability to run multiple schemes or fast-paced refurbishment work
Ideal for a hands-on Site Manager looking for stability, autonomy, and a supportive working environment.
