Location: North East (Hybrid working)
Salary: £Excellent basic salary + uncapped commission

We’re looking for a recruitment consultant to join our white collar permanent recruitment division, covering roles in the construction market across the North East.

This role suits someone who is sharp, motivated, and professional — someone who can build trust with clients and candidates, understand a specialist market quickly, and most importantly, make things happen.

You’ll need to be comfortable with outreach, have a knack for spotting opportunities, and the determination to follow through and close.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Quickly learn the structure and needs of your specialist market
• Actively seek out new opportunities and follow them up confidently
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Take ownership of your desk and drive results through consistent activity

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in B2B sales, or similar client-facing roles
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is naturally curious and learns quickly
• Is proactive and self-motivated – doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Is focused on outcomes – not just conversations
• Can manage multiple priorities and stay organised under pressure
