Finishing Foreman

Experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Foreman required for an immediate start for approx. 6 months work in Middlesbrough. Responsible for managing and supervising all interior and exterior finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards, on-time delivery, and adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.

Experience Required
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in residential house building.
Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Remuneration
£26 per hour CIS – negotiable depending on experience.
