Design Manager

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a Senior Design Manager for an 8-week freelance contract on a £120M multi-storey commercial new build in County Durham. 

Role
Oversee design coordination and manage consultant/subcontractor interface
Support delivery of design information in line with programme
Ensure compliance with regs and client requirements

Experience Required
Relevant Professional / Academic Qualification
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager on large commercial or mixed-use projects
Previous work with Tier 1 contractors
Strong understanding of design coordination in a fast-paced, large-scale construction environment
Ability to hit the ground running and operate with minimal supervision

Remuneration
£400 to £450 per day
