Senior Site Manager

Experienced Senior Site Manager required for a new build social housing development in York starting early November with a minimum contract length to January 2026. Could potentially lead to longer term contract. You will  be responsible for overseeing the construction of affordable homes, from initial groundworks through to fit out and handover to the client. Working as part of an established main contractor team.

Experience Required
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Proven experience in new build residential.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Remuneration
£270 per day, negotiable depending on experience
