Customer Service Administrator required for an ongoing temp role in the Washington area.  This is full-time, office based and not in a call centre.

The Role
You will place outbound calls to customers who have left messages to be called back, assist them as much as possible and, if it is a complaint, deal with it as appropriate.

Additionally, you will call customers who are due to have some construction work done and let them know what to expect.

The successful person will cover reception and deal with incoming calls, these are few and far between and so they role is predominantly customer care.

The Person
Applicants must have customer care experience, good IT skills and excellent communication skills.

Remuneration
£12.75 per hour
