Site Manager

I am seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new build housing developments in Newcastle, this is a permanent role offering long term stability and job satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics efficiently.
Maintain excellent standards of health & safety, quality control, and compliance with NHBC and building regulations.
Manage site paperwork, reporting, programmes, and progress updates.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, technical teams, and senior management.
Ensure a positive site culture and uphold company values at all times.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the new build housing sector (traditional build or timber frame advantageous).
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, H&S legislation, and NHBC standards.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work and other relevant certifications.

Remuneration
£55,000 per annum + package, negotiable dependant on experience.
