Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established housing developer in the Middlesbrough area are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role is ideally suited to a passionate and conscientious individual who relishes a certain degree of autonomy, whilst being an integral and valued member of the regional team. This position also carries a great potential for career advancement.

Job
You will be the Lead Quantity Surveyor and required to produce, manage and forecast build costs for between 3-5 sites. Procure all necessary subcontract trades and manage the payment process and subsequent contractual obligations. You will work in partnership with all other departments to achieve company objectives.

Experience Required
Degree qualified or equivalent
A background in managing new build projects, within housing, a minimum of 8 years.
A good understanding of all aspects of surveying and contractual procedures
Ability to work in isolation but also as part of a team within a growing business.
