Job
This role of Senior estimator will require expertise in housing infrastructure such as plots, roads and sewers, although applicants with experience within a housing developer is preferred. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role plays a critical part of any bid and the senior estimator will have strong, constructive relationships with the planning, design, commercial and operational teams in order to assimilate effectively the appropriate information and considerations.

Experience Required
The successful applicant will already possess experience within a senior estimating role, ideally within housing developments or within a housing infrastructure contractor and will be able to think independently and anticipate and find solutions to problems.  Candidates will be expected to demonstrate how they have contributed to successful bids.

Remuneration
£68,000 – £78,000 per annum, dependent upon experience, plus car allowance, pension, private health and discretionary performance-related bonus.
