Senior Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a premium housing developer in Northumberland.

The Role
The position sits within an established housing developer known for delivering high-quality residential schemes. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting across multiple developments, working closely with site and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. It's a small team so other activities might include supporting the Engineer with adoptions or ensuring that any client 'extras' to properties are carried out and commercially accounted for. Systems are Excel based.

Experience Required
The successful applicant will have at least 8 years’ experience within the quantity surveying role, ideally within housing developments or within a housing infrastructure contractor and will be able to think independently and anticipate and find solutions to problems. 

Remuneration
Salary dependent upon experience, plus car allowance, pension, private health and discretionary performance-related bonus.
