The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for all aspects of cost management on a complex healthcare building refurbishment, ensuring adherence to the NEC contract terms. The role requires excellent communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring the project remains on budget and on time.

Experience Required
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within building refurbishment projects.
Experience with NEC contracts is essential.
Background in healthcare-related projects is highly desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
