Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer
We’re looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join a well-established, highly successful, committed and friendly team providing temporary staff to the construction industry. No previous experience of either recruitment or construction is required.

Corepeople has been providing staffing solutions to the North East’s building, civil engineering and housebuilding industries for over thirty years. On average each of our colleagues have been with us for well over a decade, and between us we have hundreds of years of home-grown experience to pass on to each recruit.
Role
Resourcers will provide support to our temporary consultants, that operate in a fast-paced arena which is often exciting, occasionally frustrating, but always rewarding.
Candidate Management
- Reviewing candidate applications
- Speaking to existing candidates on a day-to-day basis
- Maintaining the database
- Job briefing with candidates
- Identifying new business opportunities for consultants
- Dealing with all payroll related queries
Job Management
- Actively filling vacancies and ensuring candidates meet job specifications
- Advertising jobs on various platforms
- Ensuring all candidates are compliant
- Management of documents
Experience Required
No one background makes a good resourcer. Some of our best people have had previous careers in sales, travel, car hire, the armed forces, administration and even social care. Or they haven’t had a career and join us straight from school, college or university. There are, however, certain characteristics we look for. Our people need to be:

We also look for a strong sense of teamwork.
Successful candidates will also hold a driving licence and be proficient in English, Maths and IT.
