Customer Care Technician
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Technician to join a new build housing team. In this permanent role, you will carry out aftercare repairs, diagnose defects, and deliver excellent customer service to homeowners, ensuring they receive a positive experience long after move-in.
Key Responsibilities
Attend customer homes to complete warranty repairs and general maintenance tasks.
Diagnose issues quickly and provide effective, high-quality solutions.
Carry out a range of trades tasks (e.g., joinery, basic plumbing, patch plastering, decorating, adjustments, and general remedial works).
Maintain accurate records of visits, materials, and completed works.
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, colleagues, and subcontractors.
Represent the business positively, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every visit.
Follow all health & safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Customer Care Technician, Multi-Skilled Operative, or similar role within the new build housing sector.
Confident in a wide range of trades with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Professional, polite, and able to work independently while managing your own schedule.
Full UK driving licence essential.
Relevant qualifications or trade background desirable.
Remuneration
£30,000 per annum + company van
