Document Controller
Document Controller required for a new role in the South Tyneside area, this is a full-time, permanent role and is to work on several MEP contracts.

The Role
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all project documentation, ensuring information is accurately recorded, distributed, and maintained in line with company and project requirements. The salary is dependant upon experience.
Duties include:
Setting up and maintaining document control systems and procedures.
Managing incoming and outgoing drawings, correspondence, and technical documents.
Supporting the project management team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Ensuring compliance with document control standards and quality requirements.
Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
Maintaining registers and ensuring version control across all project documentation.
Experience Required
Previous experience in a document control within a construction environment.
Strong understanding of document management systems (such as Viewpoint, Asite, 4Projects, or similar).
Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Remuneration
£26,000 to £28,000 per annum.
