Finishing Foreman

I am seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a potential long term contract in Bellingham on a new build housing development. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality homes, ensuring all internal and external finishes meet exacting standards, on time and within budget.

This is a hands-on, site-based role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in residential construction

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all finishing trades on site, ensuring top-quality workmanship
Work closely with the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager to maintain programme and quality targets.
Conduct regular snagging inspections and manage follow-up works.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines.
Maintain high standards of health and safety across all finishing activities.
Ensure compliance with NHBC and company specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients, site teams, and management.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman (or similar) within new build housing.
Strong knowledge of finishing trades, materials, and construction processes.
Excellent eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read drawings and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred.
Full UK driving licence.

Remuneration
Negotiable rate depending on experience.
