Hire Controller
Hire Controller required for a Leeds based depot to hire equipment specific to construction companies. You will be the key contact for customers, answering their questions and coordinating the delivery and collection of the equipment.
The Role
Handling customer inquiries and providing quotes for equipment hire.
Coordinating the delivery and collection of equipment to and from customer sites.
Ensuring that all hire agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitoring the availability of equipment and coordinating with the relevant depot to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled.
Managing customer accounts and processing payments.
Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during or after the hire period.
Maintaining accurate records of equipment inventory and hire transactions.
Liaise with suppliers and competitors to source additional equipment as needed.
Assist with general administrative tasks related to the business.
This is a full-time role and is entirely office based, hybrid working is not available for this role.
The Person
Applicants will have some relevant experience, a fantastic telephone manner, great attention to detail and be comfortable in a fast paced, challenging environment.
Remuneration
£30,000 to £34,000 per annum.
