Hire Coordinator

Plant Hire Controller required for a new role in the Gateshead area.  This is a full-time, permanent role.

The Role
Co-ordinating plant/equipment in and out of the stores/yard.
Co-ordinate deliveries and collections and carry out regular periodic stock checks.
Ensure all plant/equipment has an allocated number before hiring out.
Following up on weekly live hire reports.
Ensure all plant is issued to site with the relevant paperwork and certificates.
Update and file all weekly job cards and service sheets in relevant plant/equipment folders.
Ensure the weekly KPI’s are up to date for all HGV and other transport vehicles.
Continually update the Master Fleet List where applicable.
Issue purchase order numbers for items purchased within plant and transport in line with guidelines.

Working hours 8-5 Mon to Friday.

Remuneration
£29,000 per annum.
