HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner required for a new, interim role in central Newcastle. This is a hybrid role with just 2 days in the office and the rest worked from home. Initially for 3 months, there is a strong chance that this will become a 12-month contract. It is with a large organisation who need someone with a great deal of ER case management and change leadership experience. It is expected to be largely concentrated on ER case management.
The Role
Employee relations management; ensuring process is applied fairly and consistently, with current employment law knowledge as a strong backbone to your approach. You won’t let things drag on, working at pace to reach informed and reasonable outcomes. Your involvement in hearings and complex cases will strike the right balance of risk and care in concluding the right outcomes for all stakeholders.
Change management; you’ll know how and when to apply the right tools, techniques, methods and processes to support and enable all types of change. The people involved and impacted by the change will be at the front and centre of your mind, and you’ll ensure they are supported and engaged with appropriately throughout.
The Person
Applicants must have a strong and credible foundation of core knowledge in people practice, including policy, regulation and law, workforce planning, change, performance management, employer brand, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
Ideally, they will be a qualified CIPD member and able to easily (and confidently) be able to evidence their recent and practical experience for this role.
Remuneration
£20.00 per hour.
