HR & Recruitment Administrator
HR and Recruitment Administrator required for a part-time role in the Team Valley area. This is offered on a temp basis with the hope that it will become permanent in the future. The role will be 3-4 days per week.
The Role
To provide information to managers and update systems to ensure key HR tasks are completed (e.g. probationary reviews, sickness reviews, driving license, DBS or visa checks).
To ensure that all new starters, leavers and staff changes are accurately maintained within the HR Database, prepare and issue all leaver letters and contract change letters and upload to the HR system.
To liaise with Payroll regarding starters, leavers contract changes, sickness, maternity, paternity leave.
The Person
Applicants must have GCSE maths and English, strong IT skills and some recent admin experience, ideally within a HR setting.
Remuneration
£13.50 – £14.00 per hour.
This is a temporary position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers to the hirer.
