Planner
Working within the planning department to create an effective schedule for the delivery of work by the field based teams on all jobs, using information gained from the client and the department managers.
The Role
Craft an efficient schedule for the execution by the teams on all jobs
Access employee hours spent on projects and create reports on efficiency
Work with staff from different departments to collaborate and main coordination
Assisting in implementing maintenance planning and scheduling processes and developing process improvements
Keep accurate metrics on the performance of planning and scheduling functions and provide timely
Provide input to management and suggest improvements for efficiency
Develop a daily schedule to secure adequate resources to complete all jobs
Ensure all works orders and maintenance log items are closed when work is finished
The Person
Applicants will have some NRSWA and the ability to self-motivate and work within a team. This can be a stressful role and applicants must be able to perform well under pressure and have the ability to deal with complex issues, prioritising work and using specific software to plan the work.
Remuneration
£35,000 to £40,000 per annum
