Purchase Ledger Clerk
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a full-time, temporary role in Northallerton. This is to start immediately and will run until mid-January, possibly longer.
The Role
The key element of this role is the data input of invoice details onto a spreadsheet, checking that each has the correct GRN or PO as appropriate..
Preparing weekly & monthly pay runs to suppliers and contractors.
Liaising with suppliers to ensure records are correct and up to date at all times.
The Person
Applications are welcome from people with previous, recent accounts experience or recent graduates within a relevant subject – business/accounts etc. Also required:
Experience of data input and data management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy and where appropriate
Good ethical values and understanding of confidentiality in line with GDPR.
Significant experience and competence using IT and common business support packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience of managing and prioritising own workload.
Remuneration
£14.00 to £14.50 per hour.
