Quantity Surveyor required to provide commercial management to two to three large, new build housing developments positioned within the Teesside area.

Experience Required
A strong background in quantity surveying for new build housing is imperative to the success in this role.

Remuneration
Competitive basic salary plus car allowance and bonus scheme.
