Document Controller required for a new role in the Edinburgh area, this is a full-time, permanent role and is to work on several MEP contracts.

The Role
The Site Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of site administration including note taking in meetings, answering the phone and some basic document control. This is a multi site role and so applicants must have access to own transport.

Experience Required
Previous experience in a similar role and an understanding of document management systems (such as Viewpoint, Asite, 4Projects, or similar).
Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Remuneration
£26,000 to £28,000 per annum.
