Site Agent

An opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to deliver a strong pipeline of projects across Yorkshire. This role suits a capable and motivated individual looking to for a key leadership position on site, overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of infrastructure and groundworks schemes.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
Overall site management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinating labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors
Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities to maintain clear communication and progress
Monitoring quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance
Producing method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports
Supporting and mentoring engineers and site staff

Experience Required
Strong background in civil engineering with previous experience as a Site Agent or Sub Agent
Proven ability to lead site teams on infrastructure projects
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
