Site Agent

A permanent opportunity is available for a Civil Engineering Site Agent to join a leading main contractor delivering infrastructure projects based in Teesside. This role offers involvement in technically challenging works within a stable and well-established business.

The Role
The Site Agent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of civil engineering works on site in Teesside. Duties will include coordinating site teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, controlling quality, and maintaining programme delivery.

Experience Required
Proven experience as a Site Agent or Sub Agent on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Previous experience working for a main contractor.
Strong understanding of health & safety, quality, and programme management.
SMSTS and relevant civil engineering qualifications preferred.
