Site Manager

The Company
An established (and growing) main contractor delivering a large-scale building project in the North East.

The Role
This is a role for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large commercial building projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage site operations, subcontractors, and trades
Ensure health & safety compliance across the site
Coordinate with the project team, clients, and consultants
Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager
Oversee quality control and ensure works meet specifications

Experience Required
Proven experience as a Site Manager on major building projects
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage site logistics, programme, and subcontractor performance~
